Meet the Agent: Stacey Cidzik

For Stacey Cidzik, real estate isn’t just a career — it’s a legacy. A proud third-generation real estate agent, Stacey grew up immersed in the world of home buying and selling, always feeling a natural pull toward carrying on her family’s tradition.

Originally from Northern California, Stacey moved to the South Sound 15 years ago when her family retired from military service. Before launching her real estate career, she built a strong foundation in finance and spent several years working within the local school system, where she honed her communication skills, patience, and ability to guide families through important decisions. Together, these experiences sharpened her attention to detail and her ability to walk clients through the numbers with clarity and confidence.

After the passing of her father, Stacey felt a renewed connection to her family’s real estate roots and knew it was time to take the leap.
“I’ve always had a passion for it,” she says. “I wanted something that would challenge me and allow me to grow — real estate was the perfect fit.”

When it comes to Olympia’s neighborhoods, Stacey finds it nearly impossible to choose a favorite. She’s drawn to the natural beauty of waterfront communities like Boston Harbor and Cooper Point, as well as neighborhoods surrounded by trails, parks, and outdoor spaces — ideal for hiking and exploring the scenic landscapes that make the South Sound so special.

Outside of real estate, Stacey leads a full and active life centered around family, community, and her Christian faith. She’s deeply connected to her local Bible study group, where she finds encouragement, guidance, and a sense of purpose. Whether she’s cheering on her kids at sporting events, hiking Washington’s beautiful trails, or playing pickleball with friends, Stacey strives to live out her values with kindness, gratitude, and integrity.

When asked about her favorite local hidden gem, Stacey immediately mentions Leaning Maple — a cozy spot known for gluten-free treats, great coffee, and live music.
“It’s such a treat, and their gluten-free waffles are true comfort food,” she says.

For Stacey, real estate is about much more than transactions. It’s about helping people achieve their dreams, creating meaningful connections, and providing support every step of the way.
“It’s truly special to walk with clients through every chapter — whether they’re buying their first home or settling into their forever one,” she shares.

With a foundation in finance, a background in the school system, and years spent walking alongside South Sound families, Stacey brings both skill and heart to the clients she serves.
