We’re thrilled to welcome Jake Pierpoint to Olympic Sotheby’s International Realty! Born and raised in Lacey, Jake has deep roots in Thurston County and a passion for helping people find homes where their families can grow and thrive.
Jake’s journey into real estate began in 2013 when he bought his first home. He loved the process so much that he got his license in 2015. After selling part-time while working full-time at Costco and exploring other ventures—including starting his own thrift shop—Jake realized he wanted a career that combined helping people with meaningful work. In 2024, he returned to real estate full-time, and it’s been the perfect fit. “I wanted a job that helps people and makes a real difference in their lives,” Jake says.
He especially enjoys Hawks Prairie, his “stomping grounds,” and loves watching the area grow and evolve. Whether it’s new developments, parks, or local amenities, Jake enjoys imagining what the neighborhood will look like in the years ahead.
Outside of real estate, Jake is a busy dad of four kids. His three boys play baseball, soccer, and soon basketball, while his daughter does volleyball and cheer. He and his family love spending time outdoors—exploring Capitol Forest, Tolmie State Park, and the Trilake area—and grabbing burgers at Big Tom’s, a family favorite.
Helping clients is what Jake loves most about real estate. For buyers, he enjoys making the process manageable and helping families achieve their homeownership goals. For sellers, he helps clarify their goals and ensures they get the best outcome. “I’m not just looking to make a sale,” Jake says. “I want to build relationships and help my clients make intentional, informed decisions. A house isn’t just a place to live—it’s part of their future and wealth building.”
Jake is also active in the community, serving on the board of the Child Care Action Council and supporting Fresh Start Futures, a local startup focused on providing new opportunities for families.
