A Passion for Real Estate
Gavin has always been driven by a desire to serve others and guide them through important financial decisions. With a background in sales, he found his true calling in real estate, explaining, “Real estate is where I discovered my true calling—helping people make confident decisions that support their long-term goals.” For Gavin, the work goes beyond transactions; it’s about helping clients elevate their lifestyle while building long-term wealth.

Favorite South Sound Neighborhoods
Gavin is drawn to both Tumwater and Steamboat, each offering a distinct sense of community and lifestyle. He notes that Tumwater stands out because “it’s a really grounded, welcoming community with great local spots,” while Steamboat appeals to him for “the waterfront views, the quiet surroundings, and the overall lifestyle out there.”

Life Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, Gavin enjoys staying active by working out and going for runs, spending time with his family and his dogs, and getting outdoors whenever possible. When it comes to local favorites, he shares that “Squaxin is great for getting outside and exploring,” and adds that Gardners Restaurant in downtown Olympia is another go-to, known for its “amazing food.”

For Gavin, buying or selling a home is a major life moment, and he values being part of that experience. He explains that “it’s a big moment in their lives, and I like being part of that,” adding that his goal is for clients to feel fully supported through clear communication and follow-through.
